Yes all deliveries are trackable, we will provide all the relevant tracking information.
All guarantees are direct with the manufacturer, either 1 year or 2 year, please register your product with them to validate your warranty.
If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the product, you can return for a full refund. The product must be unused, packaged exactly as arrived. Return postage is at the customers expense.
