They couldn’t have been more helpful.Our initial contact was with James and they didn’t have one in stock and unfortunately their main supplier was out of stock. James enlisted the help of Laura and she took the time to suggest various other options and suppliers they could try. She searched for us and it was obvious that both these people wanted to help us. She did manage to source a couple of options with different prices . We placed our order with a suggested date for the parts arrival and the promise of a phone call . The part arrived 2 days early and Laura phoned to let us know it was ready for collection. Great Service from a local company. So good to be able to go somewhere to speak to people and be reassured that a part will fit . Rather than take a chance on the internet on unknown suppliers/ parts. We have used Empire in the past and had great service previously, so it obviously proves it wasn’t just a one off .
